Аннотация. Актуализации формирующегося интеллектуального развития дошкольника, помимо таких факторов, как психофизиологические особенности и возможности, состояние здо ровья, мотивационность, эмоциогенность, предметно развивающий игровой социум, в ко торый он погружен, способствует профессиональная компетентность педагога. Автор ское понимание понятия «профессиональная компетентность» заключается в способно сти педагога генерировать теорию из практического опыта решения возникающих про фессионально- педагогических задач, а также в опыте рефлексивных, проективных и ком муникативных умений. Описываются характеристики и требования к профессиональ ной компетентности педагога дошкольного учреждения в сфере интеллектуального раз вития ребенка.

Professional competence of an educator of a preschool institution in the sphere of the intellectual development of children
Annotation. The professional competence of an educator encourages the updating of the forming intellec tual development of a preschoolchild besides such factors as psychophysiological particular qual ities and opportunities, the state of timely health, tuning, emotiveness, thematic developing game environment. The author`s understanding of the notion «professional competencе» is in the readi ness of the educator to generate the theory from the practical experience of the solution of ris ing professional pedagogic problems and the experience of reflective (analyses, estimation, crit ical understanding of the current results of activity, knowledge and ideas), projective (creation of operational forms of technological organization of children`s activity which correspond to the conceptual foresight) and also communicative abilities (saying suggestions, objections). Characteristics of the professional competence of an educator of an infant school in the sphere of the intellectual development of children are described.
