Игнатий Ионин и детская коммуна «Красные зори»
Аннотация. Статья посвящена становлению и развитию детской сельской коммуны «Красные зори» под руководством выдающегося педагога-новатора Игнатия Ионина. Посетивший в 1928 г. Советскую Россию Джон Дьюи уделил особое внимание подходу Ионина к трудовому воспитанию детей, в том числе и дошкольного возраста. Несмотря на весьма эффективный учебно-воспитательный процесс в колонии, Ионин и некоторые его соратники были репрессированы в 1937 г. Колония существовала до 1941 г., во время войны дети были эвакуированы, а здания дворца разрушены нацистскими оккупантами.

Ignatius Ionin and the children’s commune “Red Dawns”
Annotation. The article is devoted to the formation and development of the children’s rural commune “Red Dawns” under the guidance of an outstanding teacher and innovator Ignatius Ionin. John Dewey, who visited Soviet Russia in 1928, paid special attention to Yonin’s approach to the labor education of children, including those of preschool age. Despite a very effective educational process in the colony, and Ionin and some of his colleagues were repressed in 1937. The colony existed until 1941, the children were evacuated, and the palace buildings were destroyed by the nazi occupiers during the war.
