Аннотация. В предлагаемом сценарии раскрываются особенности процесса обучения сотрудников и проблемы, с которыми приходится сталкиваться руководителю при изменении модели поведения педагогов. Рассматриваются сущность и специфика пассивных и активных методов обучения педагогов: шедоуинг, самообучение, E‐learning и др.

Modern methods of training and development of young and experienced teachers
Annotation. This article proposes the scenario of the seminar for the heads of pre‐school educational organizations, dedicated to modern methods of teaching and developing young and experienced teachers. The peculiarities of the process of training of employees and the difficulties that a head of an educational organization has to face, when changing the model of behavior of teachers are revealed. The essence and specificity of passive methods of teaching teachers are considered: Job Shadowing; E‐learning (Electronic Learning) is a learning system using information and electronic technologies (or distance learning); self‐learning; webinars; lectures, conferences, master classes.
